Mayor Jenderal TNI (Purn) dr. Budiman, Sp.B.P.R.E Subsp. E.L(K), MARS, MH is a senior Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon Consultant and a highly respected leader in the Indonesian medical community. He has served as President of InaPRAS (2012–2021) and currently chairs the Southeast Asia Medical Advisory Council of Smile Train, while also serving on the Global Medical Advisory Board. A graduate of Universitas Indonesia, Dr. Budiman holds master’s degrees in Hospital Administration and Medical Law.
